FAQ

  • What is a neuropsychologist?

A neuropsychologist is a psychologist who specialises in understanding the relationship between the brain and behaviour. They assess cognitive, emotional, and behavioural functioning in individuals who may have neurological conditions, brain injuries, developmental disorders, mental health issues, or cognitive difficulties. Neuropsychologists use a combination of clinical interviews, observations, and standardised tests to evaluate areas such as memory, attention, problem-solving, language, and executive functioning.

The duration of an assessment varies depending on the type and complexity of the evaluation. Most assessments take between 2 and 4 hours.
