  • Ms Skea has gained diverse practice and experience across a variety of settings with positions within Queensland Corrective Services, Older People’s Mental Health Service at St Vincent’s Hospital (NSW Health), the Sexual Offence Expert Evidence Panel in QLD, an academic appointment at Western Sydney University and Forensic Neuropsychology Private Practices in both Sydney and Brisbane. She also works for independent medical examination companies based in Brisbane

  • Nicole is a warm and compassionate Clinical Neuropsychologist whose work focuses on the identification and ongoing support of individuals with neurodevelopmental differences, with a particular focus on autism. She has contributed to the Australian Guideline for the Assessment and Diagnosis of Autism and has been involved in extensive research in the area, deepening her understanding and commitment to neuroaffirming, evidence-based practice. Using a neuroaffirming and person-centred approach, Nicole’s comprehensive assessments go beyond test scores. She takes the time to get to know each person holistically, understanding their strengths, support needs, and the unique ways they experience and interact with the world. Nicole’s goal is to create a safe, respectful space where clients feel understood, empowered, and supported throughout their journey. Whether you’re navigating a new diagnosis or seeking ongoing support, Nicole offers evidence-based, tailored assessments and supports to help clients make sense of their experiences, build on their strengths, and work toward goals that truly matter to them.

  • Nicole has over 10 years’ experience supporting neurodivergent individuals and their families across various settings including hospital outpatient clinics, private practice, and research. While she works predominantly with children and adolescents, Nicole is also passionate about supporting adults exploring their neurodivergence later in life.

  • Milka Gagic is a Clinical Psychologist with more than 15 years of experience working alongside children, adolescents, adults, and families. She is known for her calm, thoughtful presence and her ability to make complex information feel clear and manageable. Milka has developed strong expertise in psychological assessment—particularly cognitive, learning, and neurodevelopmental evaluations such as autism and ADHD assessments—and she values helping families understand their child’s strengths, challenges, and next steps with confidence.

  • Milka also has a special interest in supporting individuals experiencing anxiety across the lifespan. Whether she is working with a young child navigating early worries, a teenager facing social or school-based anxiety, or an adult managing panic or generalised anxiety, she brings a compassionate, practical approach that meets each person where they are.

  • In her therapeutic work, Milka focuses on helping people understand their experiences, build practical coping tools, and develop strategies that support emotional regulation, confidence, and well-being. She adapts her approach to each person’s age, needs, and strengths, using engaging and evidence-based methods that make sense in everyday life.

  • Milka collaborates closely with parents, caregivers, schools, and health professionals, believing that children and families thrive when the systems around them work together. Her practice is grounded in trauma-informed and neurodiversity‑affirming principles, with a strong focus on emotional safety and meaningful, sustainable change.

Sarah Davis

Counsellor

  • Sarah is a qualified Social Worker and Counsellor, holding a Bachelor of Social Work and a Master of Counselling. She provides emotional and practical supportive counselling, offering a safe, compassionate, and non-judgemental space for individuals to explore challenges and work towards positive change.

    Sarah specialises in pregnancy, pre-natal and post-natal counselling, adjustment to parenting, and general counselling support. She is passionate about supporting individuals and families through life transitions, helping clients navigate change, build resilience, and feel more confident in their roles and relationships.

    A key focus of Sarah’s work is supporting Australian Defence Force spouses and families. As a Defence spouse herself, Sarah has a deep understanding of the unique pressures associated with Defence life, including postings, deployments, relocations, and periods of transition. Her lived experience, combined with her professional training, allows her to provide informed, empathetic, and practical support.

    Sarah is also a mum of two and has worked across a range of professional settings, including NSW Health, QLD Health, NT Health, and Anglicare Sydney Foster Care. These experiences have shaped her flexible, client-centred approach to counselling.

    Sarah offers face-to-face counselling sessions on Saturdays in Nerang on the Gold Coast, as well as online counselling sessions on Tuesday and Thursday nights, and Saturdays.
